Situated in the heart of Manhattan, New York’s Museum of Modern Art attracts over two and a half million people a year to its galleries, exhibitions, and educational programs. MoMA provides the public access to the world’s finest collection of modern and contemporary art and holds more than 200,000 works including paintings, sculpture, drawings, photography, film, media, and design objects.

MoMA Wholesale has been manufacturing and distributing thoughtfully designed and innovative merchandise for over 50 years. It began by inviting artists to design holiday cards and has since grown into a diverse business, distributing home and personal accessories, as well as stationery, holiday products, and more.

The main channels of distribution for MoMA Wholesale are:

• the annual MoMA Wholesale Catalog mailed tri annually to the wholesale customer base of approximately 1200 accounts including specialty shops, design stores, museum shops, online stores, catalogs, chain stores and department stores.
• Nine regional Sales Rep groups throughout the United States.
• International distributors in Europe and Asia and South America
• Presentation of the MoMA Wholesale line at various annual trade shows.

Proceeds from the sale of these products are used to support the Museum’s programs.
